Varnishing the Deck

Our rates are as follows:

  • Household- $29 trip charge then $35/hour

  • Commercial- $59 trip charge then $65/hour after

  • Materials are charged at cost plus 10%

Semi-Annual Home Maintenance Program

Preventative maintence plans include the following services:

  • Service call in November & May

  • Inspection of interior/exterior, basement/crawl space, attic & roof

  • Replacement of air filter and smoke alarm batteries

  • Inspection of faucets and washer/dryer connections

  • Cost: $120 annually

Preventative maintenance and inspections can find repair issues before they become BIG problems

If any repairs should arise, we will offer you a 10% discount off our normal hourly rate.
